What is included?

What does "ad supported mean?"

We want any fraternity, sorority, club, and group to have the opportunity to get the best possible website, no matter their financial situation. We will never show pop-up ads or obtrusive ads on any ad-supported website, and we will never show ads on non-ad supported websites.

For Greeks

WeGoAll has recently partnered with GreekGear.com for Greek organizations so that we can lower our monthly access fees to chapters who wish to show targeted Greek advertising on their website. If your chapter would like a price break on your website, choose the ad supported website option.

For groups and clubs

WeGoAll can show targeted ads on your group/club website so that advertisements are relevant to your webpage.

Why is it so inexpensive?

Here at WeGoAll we pride ourselves on being ahead of the curve in web design and website creation. We've built a website system that allows us to create the most feature rich websites on the market at a fraction of the time it takes most of our competitors. Because we save time creating websites, we want to pass the savings on to you and your organization. Our websites aren't cheap -- they're inexpensive. Our websites come with all the features you can find anywhere else and much more, and we can deliver our websites at a fraction of the cost.

How do we pay our bill?

You will be billed the $95 setup fee before we create your website. You will be billed your access fee beginning at the date you approve your website. Bills can be sent out almost any way you want them; You can pay monthly, annually, quarterly, or any other way. Bills will be either emailed or snail-mailed to your organization's address (or both). You can pay your bill online by logging into our billing system at https://wegoall.freshbooks.com. View past invoices, pay using credit card, debit card, or bank account transfers. You can also setup your billing account to pay itself automatically -- saving you time.

What about refunds and cancellations?

We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your service at any time. Please contact us three months in advance before canceling so that we wont charge you for the next cycle.

What if we need help with our website?

We're here to help, and we wont charge you for it. Our phone lines are open 9am to 5pm CST Monday-Friday, but feel free to send us an email at anytime. We'll try to respond to emails within a few hours.

What if we need something extra or custom work?

Contact us if you are interested in having a member of our staff create a custom application for your organization or if you need us to create a professional page on your website. Custom applications would be applications specific to your organization that could not be beneficial to any other organization. We can also create custom, professionally designed content (page, news, or event) for your website at only a $10 fee for each.

Additional customization will have an additional setup fee charge, but we'll try and match any design. Let us know what you have in mind, and we can send you an estimate.

Can we get rid of the link to WeGoAll.com?

It will cost an additional $8/month (or $96/year) to remove the WeGoAll link at the bottom of your website. The link is a powerful tool to spread the word about WeGoAll, so we will have to charge an additional fee to remove it.
